What is LOCAL PT ?

A local PT company is a limited liability company established under Indonesian law. For local PT companies, only Indonesian citizens and Indonesian legal entities are allowed to hold shares as registered shareholders.

What are the requirements?

Requirements that we need to start the process:

✓  Copy of Company Shareholders ID and contact details
 Proposed name of the company (min 3 words, each word min 3 alphabets)
Copy of documentation for the office space (Land Certificate, copy of KTP of the land’s owner, IMB and Lease Agreement)

Company Deeds from a Public Notary (Akta Pendirian Perusahaan)
Legalized Company Article of Association from the Law Department (SK Menkeh)
Tax Registration Code Number (NPWP)
Business Registration Number (NIB)
Location & Environment Permit (PKKPR)

Document Processing Workflow
